Weather

Weather is a Power Point presentation that applies the gas laws to understand orographic rainfall and chinook winds. It is an excellent way to review the gas laws and help students understand why scientists were interested to study them. The ideal way to use this file is with a data projector but if you don't have access to one view the file on your computer and use magic markers to make transparencies that you can use on the overhead.
