Instructions for Using This Page
DownLoad Files
To download files from the ChemEd Trading Post.DownLoad Files
- CLICK on the blue file name, when a dialog box opens click on SAVE.
- Then follow the instructions to save the file on your hard drive.
UpLoad Files
To add files to the ChemEd Trading Post.
- Go to the page/Content Topic appropriate to your document.
- Check to see that documents comparable to yours are downloadable from this page.
- Write down the name of the page/topic.
- Name your document follow the pattern on the page/topic to which your document applies.
- Write a brief description of your document, follow the pattern on the page/topic to which your document applies.
- Attach your document to an e-mail.
- The subject of the e-mail should be ChemEd Trading Post.
- In the body of the e-mail include the Name and Description of the document.
- Address the e-mail to jeix@bell.net.
- Check back after a week to see if the page has been updated
Acids & Bases Files
- Spreadsheets and Graphing (2003) A zip file of 8 RTF documents, author Dixe Fory, describing activities for Ka, salt solutions and buffers (Webmaster NOTE Was unable to open the buffer document) includes suggestions for using Excel to do calculations and plot graphs.

- 5 Bottles 3 Experiments (2003) A Word dcoument by Gary Michels describing 3 student challenges, including a lab practical that can be done using 5 different solutions.

- Acid Applications in Antarctica A zip archive of 3 MS Word documents, Author Bruce Smith, the documents are 1. ChemEd cover - This is the first page of the handout 2. ChemEd Summary Page - This is the 2nd page of the handout and can be printed on back of ChemEd Cover 3. ChemEd Handout Smith - This is a 3 page lab handout. It can be printed back to back.
